You can tell Mildew's mad because she got her clothes drenched in the rain. Therefore, she's gonna throw hands with the rain itself (which also happens to take her helmet)

It kinda feels like a bit of a illusion because since Rita's color scheme is mostly consistent of grey and black, it looks as if the moon and Rina combined into the Grim Reaper! Probably isn't intentional but it's a fun detail to me lol

As for your frontpage issue, I'm just confused why you'd think the staff would have anything against you. They don't treat users lesser or greater than other users. Not too long ago, there was a featured thread that encouraged users to look for not-as-known artists, musicians, animators, etc. for them to be recognized. You're doing everything correctly in terms of getting recognition. So please do not be discouraged that you haven't had any of your art frontpaged yet. You'll get there soon.
